BFN Switch Unable To Connect To EA Servers Issue

Since my main account that i use for singleplayer games on my nintendo switch doesn't have a nintendo account linked to it, i borrow my sister's account that has a nintendo account linked to it to play multiplayer games on my switch. Now that i am using an account linked to a nintendo account, i try to connect to the servers to play multiplayer but every attempt i try to do it, it just says that it is unable to connect to EA servers. I have no idea what is causing this, so i would like to appreciate some assistance with this issue.

It's not my internet causing this issue either, since it's already connected to my home WiFi.

I also just want to note the account i'm borrowing has an online membership so it can play multiplayer

I should see if I have issues on the switch, as I have a switch copy but I've not touched it at all + I should still have online right now (if not I can get it)

Found the issue, seems like the strangely out of all possible issues it was the timezone. I had to rearrange my time zone to the correct time and that fixed the issue and i was able to play online
