True ending

I know there are two 3 endings, but how to trigger the third one? When I see the most popular choice, there are two exclamation marks but they cannot be interactive. Is there something I forgot to trigger certain plot points

You need 0 perversion when you start the final fight.

To cheat it: enable skip mode in the game settings, go into the tab menu, stats page and press the "-" until you have 0.

When you get the prompt to finish all side activities cause its the final part of the story or just, right before the actual final boss?

When the bossfight finishes, we check the perversion count.
