How do I unlock all the content in the gallery, I've got 190 so far, and some paintings have to go back to a certain time to unlock, which is so trouble

Go to settings, there's an option there for that

Enable skip mode in the gameplay settings. This makes the "Unlock All" button show up in the gallery.
