Can no longer connect to APP for Lovense...anyone else?

Anyone else having this issue in the latest patch?

IT used to work until the recent update, now I am getting "App not found". Thanks team! Will respond back asap to fixes.

Heya, all the lovense toys that can connect to the lovense remote app are supported. To my knowlege, that is all lovense toys. Including the Gush.

Can you double check that both your pc and your mobile device running the lovense remote app are in the same local network (wifi) and that you are in the Game Mode menu? (Specifically not the "Use a Lovense Toy to control third-party apps", that's a different thing.)

Hi Anduo, I just tested it now, and I believe the issue is connecting with the app. This used to work before the patch, and I am all on a home network, in game mode.
The only other odd issue that I have noticed is that when I exit the game, the game freezes, and I get the CTD smalll box notice.

I tried re-installing and checking integrity... no luck.

Can you do the following:

- Open Third Crisis and try to connect to the app
- Go to the Load Game Menu
- Press the Open Folder button
- In the folder that now opened, there's the player.log and player-prev.log files.

Hey thanks! I just went into the game to do this and did the following things:
1. Deleted my old saved games.
2. Looked at those logs you mentioned.
3. Noticed my headphones were also connected to the bluetooth on my phone.

And now it works!



Really odd...

I will test tonight to confirm (It says app connected, no toys(will test later), but really appreciate your response!

Hello, I am currently experiencing the same problem, the toy works well via smartphone, I enter the local IP address, the SSL port, however the game tells me that the application is not working and to check the IP address as well as the port . I started the game today, so I didn't have any old saves or anything.

yes, i have tried to play karryns prison and lovesense toy is working fine, but third crisis no. I have tried to use the port or the ssl port, but nothing work

Can you send us your logfile through our discord #discussion-and-support channel?
To get the logfile:
- Try to connect to the lovense app on your smartphone in third crisis
- go to the load game menu
- click the button in the bottom right to reveal the folder containing the files
- send us the player.log and player-prev.log files into the #discussion-and-support discord channel.

Hi, I'm having the same issue recently. I always had to wait for about 10 minutes for the app to connect before, but ever since I moved recently I haven't been able to connect to Third Crisis.

I've triple checked all the settings and the wifi. I've tried to uninstall both the game and the app. I've tried deleting all of my old saves like I saw in a comment above.

But I still can't get it to work for me.
