Not entirely sure what the cause is, but my guess would be that something got a little messed up when I got caught by a guard at the same time that I managed to find one of the correct spots for the supplies, putting me at eight out of ten. The game over scene showed at the same time the new guard walked in. Afterwards, nothing happened when I got ten out of ten, and when I tried to leave the game played the door sound effect but didn't actually trigger the loading screen. If I had to wager a guess, it would be that the game over overlapped with not only the guard walking in mini-scene, but also dialogue that I assume was supposed to come afterwards.
I reloaded saves from before I hit the point where I figured the game glitched and got the same result, and found that you could get caught in the softlocked door state, which causes you to be plopped back at the reset point in the storehouse with no guards and no tracker.
Went back to the autosave right after you return to the town but when I tried to go into the storehouse again, the game pretty much had the same reaction.
I'll have to see tomorrow if closing out the game has properly reset everything, and especially if the autosave I kept will still cause the problem...
I am also encountering this issue. My guess is that a null file descriptor (or pointer) was dereferenced after the underlying file was freed. Relevant logs:
