shield throw vs shield bash. Which is better?

new player here. Shield throw card looks like it attacks 10 times where as shield bash attacks just 2 and cost twice as mana. So I must be missing something about them

Shield Throw: How many shields are applied will be thrown back at the enemy as well.

Example: Applying 75 shields to an ally will throw back 75 damage at the enemy.

Shield Bash: The total amount of shield the unit has will be used to bash the enemy.

Example: The unit has 200 shields when the battle starts and will bash the enemy with 200 damage.

6 hours later he did. Maybe he tested it out, saw no-one else engaging, so put his thoughts up.
