Errors 10007 & 10027
I bought the game here after having some issues on the game pass version to try and work out what was causing the issue.

Unfortunately I'm no closer to working it out, as no matter what I do I fail to log-in (although at least on Steam my ping isn't 999+ms for all servers). I've verified installed files, cleared the Steam cache, rebooted router and PC and nothing.

Hopefully get this sorted before the weekend as was planning to play with some friends, but will have to refund and work out something else if this is a dead end.

Hello there,

Sorry for the inconvenience.

This issue may be caused by network fluctuations
When it happens, please wait for some time and try again.
You could also switch to a different network and attempt again.

Hope this helps!

Hey there,

Could you please tell us whether the issue is persisting?
If so, we will need the game logs that have recorded the problem to further analyze the issue.

Please follow the steps below to get the log:
1. Quit game.
2. Right click "Party Animals", then click "Properties". Type "-log" in the "Launch Options", and close the Properties window.
3. Restart the game. Then in Steam Library, right click "Party Animals ", then "Manage", then "browse local files". In the pop-up windows, you will see log files named "2023-09-xx_xxxxxxxxx-Laptop Name". Each game session will generate one log.
4. Try to reproduce the issue and remember the time when you encounter it. Then quit the game, and ZIP all the log files.

Then, please visit our website https://support.partyanimals.com/login , and create a ticket with a topic describing the issue, the exact time and date you encounter it, your time zone, and your in-game ID. Don't forget to attach the zip file.

We will get back to you as soon as we find out what's going wrong.

Thank you for supporting Party Animals!

Thank you for the log suggestion, I will do that when I am next at the PC, though am aware that the more testing I do the closer I get to being outside the refund window if it isn't solvable.

Until then fingers crossed it was just a blip that day.
