Stuck in online loading screen

So, i don't have any problems creating or joining a game, but as soon as the game starts, i'm stuck forever in the loading screen before the character selection. Local game does work and i can play with AI's.

-And yes, i already tried the "change region"-thing with intl.cpl to english (united stats) but this didnt change anything.

Hello, please try these steps as an initial solution:

- Log out of Steam, restart your computer, then log back in.
- Make sure that you have a stable internet connection, if you are using a wi-fi connection, try switching to a wired connection.
- Verify the integrity of your game files via Steam.
- Exempt the game to your antivirus/firewall.
- Run the game as an Administrator.

I did all of this but it doesnt help. Still stuck in the loading screen.

I have no issues joining a lobby but when they start the game, i'm stuck forever.
