Cursor stuck on screen while using controller

I found a new bug where my cursor randomly got stuck on the middle of the screen while i was using my controller to play.

it happened on the 12th January on steam version of the game. also how do i upload a video of it happening? I only have seen it happen once last time i played the game, so i'm not sure if it will happen again. I will play more party animals to find out if it will happen again. I was on steam using a controller to play the game and sometimes i would shift + tab to have the steam overlay and that makes the mouse visible but i'm not sure if that is the cause of the cursor getting stuck in the middle of the screen while using controller.

it happened on the 14th January on steam version of the game. also how do i upload a video of it happening? I only have seen it happen once last time i played the game, so i'm not sure if it will happen again. I will play more party animals to find out if it will happen again. i also was sometimes using my cursor in spectator mode to throw things at people instead of using my controller the whole time.
