Can I party up on Steam with Xbox friends?
My friends play Xbox and I play PC, will I be able to party up with my Xbox friends while I'm playing on steam?
We live in the UK too if that makes any difference.

Yes, using the in game friends list that you can add them by checking your ID in your in game profile. Just get your ID, and share it with your Xbox friends, and have them add you using it, or vice versa.

You can also have people join a custom game, and then add them as a friend right from the lobby.
