Please visit our website https://support.partyanimals.com/login to create a ticket, and provide us with the following information:
1. Which mode did the issue occur in? Was it Quick Match, Smash, Nemo Kart, Space Crisis, or did it happen across all modes?
2. Under what specific circumstances did the crash occur?
(For instance, which location on the map were you in, and what actions were you performing during the crash? Were you using a weapon or throwing an item from the spectator position?)
3. Did any specific error codes appear during the crash? Was it a Unity crash involving a Nemo avatar, or did you receive an "unresponsive" message? (If it was something else, please provide detailed information.)
4. The exact date and time you most recently encountered the issue, including your local time zone.
5. The relevant screenshot/video.
If you experienced a Unity crash with a Nemo avatar, please provide the crash logs to help us better identify the issue (Player and Player-prev files).
After the crash occurs, please press Win + R and run the following command (Don't restart your game before you do this unless it keeps crashing):
%APPDATA%\..\LocalLow\RecreateGames\PartyAnimals
Next, run the following command to locate the "Crashes" folder and compress it into a ZIP file:
