50001 Error
I played this game previously, but after installing the most recent update, I am completely unable to join games and get an error code listed as 50001. I have seen no posts or documentation about this error code anywhere. What is it, and how can I resolve it?

same for me. Either 50000 or 50001. I know 100% it's my router because on phone internet it works fine.

Now that's ok, right? I probably have to open some port or whatever, simple things...
but devs won't respond with "ok so open port xxxx or make change yyyy and it will work", naaah.

They will say "create account on our website, send us your logs, your data and MAYBE we'll get back to you"

Same here fellas, tried to join a custom game with friends and stuck on upcoming screen then "ERROR 50001" multiple times, uninstalled and installed again but nothing changed, internet is ok, the PC also.... just to say last week i could play games easily and now in the last 4 days nothing

Same thing happening to me, I cant create custom games and I have huge lag and jitter in any type of game other than the missions.

Same here, cant join any custom games or play quick matches. Constant 50100 or 50001 errors

Sorry for the inconvenience. We will need your log and video record to further analyze the issue. Please follow the steps below to get the log:

1. Quit game.
2. Right click "Party Animals", then click "Properties". Type "-log" in the "Launch Options", and close the Properties window.
3. Restart the game. Then in Steam Library, right click "Party Animals ", then "Manage", then "browse local files". In the pop-up windows, you will see log files named "2024-xx-xx_xxxxxxxxx-Laptop Name". Each game session will generate one log.
4. Try to reproduce the issue and remember the time when you encounter it. Then quit the game, and ZIP all the log files.

Please go to our website https://support.partyanimals.com/login, and create a ticket with the link to this thread , and describe the time you encounter it. Then attach the zip file to the ticket and click send, any video recording is also highly recommended.

We will get back to you as soon as we find out what's going wrong.

Please update your game to the latest version 1.6.2.0 and retest.
(If you can’t see the Update button for the game on Steam, please right-click Party Animals in the Steam library and open ''Properties''.
Then click ''Verify the file integrity'' in ''Files installed'' and wait for it to finish. It will work after verifying.)
