If you are playing our game on Steam, we will need your log to further analyze the issue. Please look for the files under this path right after the crash happened (Don't restart your game before you do this, unless it's keeping crashing):
C:\Users\XXX(UserName)\AppData\LocalLow\RecreateGames\PartyAnimals
Find a file named "Player.log".
If you are unsure of your computer's UserName, please check it in C:\Users.
If there is a folder named "Crashes", please zip them all and attach the zip file to the ticket and click send.
Then, please visit our website https://support.partyanimals.com/login , and create a ticket with a topic describing the issue, the exact time and date you encounter it, your time zone, and your in-game ID. Don't forget to attach the zip file.
