Try asking in the game's official forum or discord. They have a more active and helpful community than Steam discussion and devs/staff respond more frequently.

To get the skin you have to create a BiliBili account which is a chinese website and I recommend using a translator extension like google translate and watch 2 hours of any Party Animal video to claim it, you'll get a code they send you in the messages.

Yes it works and I just use a free sms number to verify instead of my real number

Same I used a spare number I had but its asking me for verification with ID and stuff....I cant get past that page

I was able to get it. I got number verification code from the mobile app (Android) after few tries. The second step is to find Rewards page by typing "Party Animals" in search bar. Then it's pretty straight forward - watch any Party Animals video for 2 hours in total and get back to Rewards page (looks like a halloween themed banner with Nemo and Macchiato).

I managed to "sign up" using a Free SMS Service, watched for 30 Minutes for the Tier 1 reward but i can't click anywhere to redeem it.

Wait.... is it limited how many people can get a bilibili drop per day?

For anyone doing this the codes restocked, just claimed them but idk how long the codes will last before needing to be restocked again.
