Is it fun for two players?

I've only got a single friend to play with me, is it still fun? Are there multiplayer modi designed for 2 players?

Yes, I have family to play with but 2 players is really fun, if you want to, you can also add bots/AI to fight against as well on any difficulty if you don't want to verse each other all the time. To play in a private match together, you must first add each other in Party Animals then create a custom match, make it private then invite your friend to the game, your all set, good to go. If you have any other questions, let me know. :-)

EDIT: IMPORTANT...

If you are playing completely alone against AI and do matches, you don't get much XP, if you have at least one other player (which you do), you both fight bots, you gain much more XP after each match. :-)

we played demo in 2-3 and it was still super fun :)

It is often the case, that even random matches contain duo teams, so if you have a pal and you both want to team up against randoms (or bots), you will be able to enjoy most of the game completely.
