Season pass is only on console. You will have to buy the DLCs. They are a bit cheaper when bundled so I recommend that.

Just buy the DLC as it appears individually. I have and the game is fantastic now.

Yeah I have checked OP and I can't see any other way unless to buy them as they come up to keep the expense (all at once) down. Or just wait for a sale and get them all at once.

I bought complete set with holiday promo. But even than it's very expensive compered to consoles season pass.

I'm happy to spread out the payments as the DLC appears. Don't want to pay a lump sum in advance :-)
