Fatal Error after pressing any button to start

Anyone else getting this? I've done the basics, verify game files, removed Nvidia driver with DDU and reinstalled. Disabled steam overlay, disabled Nvidia overlay.

Unplugged my other monitors.

Running windows 10
2080ti
32gb ram
Game installed on SSD

Your machine is good, it is better than mine, I haven't had this problem yet, let's stay tuned to see if anyone else had this bug.

Is there a crash debug log somewhere for this game?

Is there even troubleshooting place for this game? Or is refund the only option?

Same here, same results. Worked well for an hour and after one alt tab ( was in fullscreen at first but now nothing change whatever setting i set) fatal error.
Happen every time since, just like you. Nothing to add, have no clue of what to do more than you did so far ... i'll keep looking into it.

I've been able to play couple hours withou any errors after going to my Nvidia GeForce Experience pannel and disabled the overlay (played in Windowed 1920*1080), all stable.
I'll post if anything happen or in a couple days if evrythings fine

I didn't have another problem here again, so in case there is another one I post here, a curious thing that I had a lot of bugs on Ride 3, yesterday I played a little and they disappeared, I don't know if Milestone corrected them or it was because I changed the plate graphics, the other one stopped working definitively or I would put it again just to clarify this doubt.

Same for me. Bought the game last week and could't play since.
After pressing a key game crashes.

UE4-ride has crashed and will stop.

FATAL ERROR

Dont have nvidia geforce exp so dont have nvidia overlay.
Disabled steam overlay.

Nvidia drivers up to date. Windows 8.1 game on ssd.

Recent game uptade 1.0.0.7 did nothing to it.

Having the same problem now, I think this problem started when I chose Paton bike, maybe it got some fatal bug that prevent the game to fully display this particular bike or something. Now because my default bike is Paton, the game always crashed before entering the main menu.

I was in the options menu and gave a fatal error, the game has to be closed, then the screen went dark, I had to turn off the PC in the case.

Having the same problem.

After the splash screen, when music appears in the menu, the display turns off and an attempt to exit the game through the task manager or alt+f4 does not solve the problem, and menu music keeps playing. You have to restart the pc from the button to start using your pc again. I'm afraid of the problems arising from this from the reboot button.

My setup: RTX 3070, Ryzen 3700X, DDR4 32, display - samsung 27G7, latest drivers for all

I changed various parameters of nvidia, and changed the resolution - it gave nothing. I play a variety of games, everything works without problems. I did not find a solution to the problem on the Internet.

Finished first race then it went to menu and crashed.
Whenever I start the game and press the button to get inside the menu it crashes.

played it first with UEVR but had to learn it even crashes without it.

The same with me. After successfully finishing test ride game wanted to save something and it crashed with FATAL ERROR. Now every time I want to start this game from Steam I am getting FATAL EROR - it is happening after first loading videos/splash screens when the game wants to save something :( I wander if they have the same issues with Ride 5....
