RIDE 4
my bikes seems to be speed limited
HELP! all of my bike seems to be speed limited, in some cases it is like when i reach 200kph the engine lost the power and it doesn t go further in velocity. idk, i' ve tried to disinstall and reinstall the game but nothing has changed. it is impossible to pass some stages because i can t reach more than 210kph :/
Somebody has the same probelm? can somebody help me? because it is impossible to play like this. thanks

Something's wrong here. Not sure if it's a bug, might be by design.
Please link video of a stock R6 reaching 270 GPS, this sounds too good for me to pass up

Not GPS, but at 1:43 you can see the bike hits well over 260 km/h

Sorry to burst your bubble there but Speedo readings are not reliable sources for bike speed, especially at higher speeds. GPS is the only valid way to measure. Speedometers readings are generally 5 to 15% off depending on the bike. There is a video of someone doing a 300KPH run with a ZX-10R and his dash indicated 300 but GPS read aprox 270KPH. Theres a reason people specify top speed readouts as indicated or GPS. I would say an R6 can realisticaly hit about 150MPH

But the Bikes are too slow on this game! You can't tell me that a fully tuned 270HP V4R will struggle to reach 300 km/h on the main-straight of Monza.
Also a 2020 R1 with Engine Kit 1 struggles to reach 300 km/h on the same long straight, wich is obviously too slow. Seems every bike is ,,too slow'' compared to the real ones. This is a real issue.

Did you mabie have auto tuck turned off and were not holding the tuck button? I did that and wondered why i was bogging down on straights.

Sure speedo is not gps. but people even managed to do 295 on an R6. Thats of course not 295gps but the bikes in this games are too slow.

Ahahah thats hilarious. That guy must have a sprocket change. Pro tip, 600s, even heavily modified barely reach 180mph actual ground speed. Moto 2 bikes struggle to reach those speeds, you think a little R6 is gonna get to 1000 speeds?

Additonally id like to mention that whenever you do a sprocket change you need to recalibrate your speedo for it to read correctly. In video games the speed isn't affected by a sprocket change because the game can read the game objects absolute velocity, irl you have your sensors sometimes reading from the transmission so wheel slip, lean, or a sprocket change makes your speed inaccurate. GPS is the only true speed readout

Lol, not many powerful bikes can do 300k/m in real life too.

Hello! :D
I found a ,,fix'' for the slow topspeed bug. I raced my 2020 R1 (maxed out) in phillip island and i was very dissapointed to see it couldn't even reach 270 km/h. Then on the next lap i pressed the button to manually tuck down, and it instantly increased my speed. Instead of not even 270 km/h the bike reached over 290 km/h . So if you ride with AUTO TUCK and dont press down the tuck button manually the game slows you down for whatever reason. So auto tuck is practically usless lol.

tuck in, disable TCS, voila
