eFootball PES 2021 stuck on loading screen. Goes black for long time

When I start up PES 2021, I see Konami logo and than it loads and stays black for long time.
Is there anyone who is able to solve this issue ?
If not, whats the latest best PES to play offline modes other than PES 2021 ?
I searched reddit and everywhere on internet but no one has any resolution for this issue

Edit: Found a temporary fix
Just install eFootball PES 2021 on C drive. If you don't have space on C drive and have another drive on same physical ssd/hdd than use tools like AOMEI Partition Master to take away space from another drive and add it to C drive. Than you can play PES 2021 and this issue is no more :)
