Penalty cheat

Have you ever experienced that penalty cheat? When you win a penalty and just before the execution, the opponents pause the game and after that they catch the penalty just if they knew where the ball will go. It happened to me several times. It seems suspicious that they pause the game and I thing they activate some sort of cheat.

I miss 7 out of 10 penaltys. You can often see from the face of the taker where the ball is going.
I also save a lot.
