unlink a deleted KONAMI ID

I deleted my KONAMI ID. But before delete, I can't unlink Steam from the settings. After deleting my KONAMI ID I create a new Konami ID. But when I tried to link my new KONAMI ID in Pes 2021, It tells me that already steam is linked with one KONAMI ID. Now how can I unlink that deleted KONAMI ID from steam?

it is not possible to unlink a konami ID from steam. you must unlink it from konami. i will suggest you to ask for refund and again buy it from another account only then you will be able to add your new konami ID into the steam account. this account will never allow to link another steam ID. same thing happened with me. it's a very sad situation
