Konami deleted all my iconic players without any reason. I contacted with konami support and 16 messages sent. Every time they asked the repeated questions. This is my last PES game. I am definetaly transfer to FIFA.

Do not spend any money on this company, This can also happened to you. and you will find no support to fix it !

1- This company ran a patch to delete iconic players who has more than 1.

Than why are there still many players own all iconics ??? Are you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ blind ? This company database admins are talentless people.

If it happens to you the day after tomorrow ,
even though you havent exploit anything ( and this is totally possible), you have no place to take support.
I already sent support ticket amd Konami support team asked me several times how did you manage to buy several packs :))
They are not aware still , total morons.. I pay more for FIFA, and i take support at least from professionals. ( Fifa team are also not idiot to make mistales like Coinami did)

Hi there, Konami has announced that to CHEATING players they will be reported by anyone who sees them and they will be deleted all icons.. Its your own fault. Their policy states you can only buy 1 of them and use 1 of them at once. If you don't yeah then you dig your own grave. Be glad your whole MYclub team isn't deleted.

Also for questions... How did you try to contact them?? As they have different forms of contact. Some are business related and some are user support. If you contacted the wrong one you get automatic reply with the reply: We will contact you after the weekend.

♥♥♥♥ this game. It's over for me. 2 cheaters in 2 matchday matches. One of them is a guy who voids. Other was someone i blocked before who now did a giant men thing.Imagine his messi was taller than my van dijk.I tried to take a screenshot but somehow it didn't work. There was a guy in forums who rejects cheating exists. I wish i was able to show him. Also since last week my game has some strange stuttering issues which effects my gameplay, did everything i was able to do both in hardware and software. Finally i contacted konami support, posted dxdiag results etc. They made me wait for 7 days and what? my pc is almost recommended system requirements but they say my vram is low. Good bye guys. I don't expect to be missed etc but dont spend anything on this scum game.
