Release Clause Advice - Old PES returnee - Master League query

Hi hope someone can share some wisdom before I start my Master League proper.

Does release clauses just mean all the players I improved will just leave once they get better?

Whats the fun of ML if I lose all my developing players? PES 2020 doesnt appear to let me sign and renegotiate as I have seen previously advised for PES 2019.

Hi Mark, I was searching for an answer regarding the "non-negotiable" release clauses. I just cant find a solution. I dont want to loose a good player due to that. In PES 19 I remember u could cancel the clause on renew of contract, now it doesnt work. I have several players where the clause is sometimes way below market value.... I hope more ppl reply here so someone can help.
