Master League Crash Issue

We have confirmed that several users are currently experiencing an issue that causes the game to crash when starting up a new game in Master League.

We are still in the process of investigating this issue, and to that end, we would like to ask for your assistance.
If you are experiencing this issue, we ask that you submit an inquiry to us from [Online Support] > [FAQ & Inquiry] on the official eFootball PES 2021 website.
From there, select your game edition, scroll down to 'Is the problem solved' and answer 'No' - this will open the form. Please fill out all relevant fields, and press 'Send' when you are done.

*Please type 'PES2021ML' at the top of the Question field.

it crashes after random matches, after the fixtures screen. I can simulate or go on coach mode and the game won't crash. However SOMETIMES (not predictable at all) it just freezes if I actually play the match.

Crani21gaming7 you must gooo in folder Program Data folder konami folder eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE go to folder save and delete the Live000000 ,go play the game the
problem ist fix.....

I played the entire first season in the Master League and everything seemed fine, but the following season the national championship didn't show up and at a certain point I can't play anymore because the game crashes and closes. Is anyone going through this too? Someone help me?

guys i have a big problem here with master league it crashes in half of the second season and i tried all youtube solutions but still same problem
