Master League Crash Issue

We have confirmed that several users are currently experiencing an issue that causes the game to crash when starting up a new game in Master League.

We are still in the process of investigating this issue, and to that end, we would like to ask for your assistance.
If you are experiencing this issue, we ask that you submit an inquiry to us from [Online Support] > [FAQ & Inquiry] on the official eFootball PES 2021 website.
From there, select your game edition, scroll down to 'Is the problem solved' and answer 'No' - this will open the form. Please fill out all relevant fields, and press 'Send' when you are done.

I am using Ryzen 3900x and RTX 2080 Super with 240 hz activated monitor 1920x1080, Master League always crashes after 2 seconds of its intro played.
My monitor suddenly black out and my PC suddenly sounding so loud (maximum fans speed) and no respons, so I have to forced shutting it down by pressing shut down botton for 5 seconds to make it off.
Ater that my PC keep having trouble to run normally, but after forced shutting off again then it restart normal again.
These always happening over and over again till I dont want to try Master League again coz I am affraid of making my Expensive PC gets troubled.
This is such a weird/worst case ever happened to me since the FIRST PES ever lauched and I play it all till now I am 45 years old.

Not only does the game crash, Master League now causes my whole PC to crash. It only started happening recently.

My master league crashes after the best player on the world is elected, at the end of the cinematic goes to the home of the master league an crash. So frustrating.

I even tried reinstalling the game and started a new ML season to see if it helped....It did not...Still crashes at the start of the 2nd season...

Something that helped me was now to turn down the refresh rate of my monitor to 60hz and to set vsync on setting 1
