input lag in single player?

i'm interested in this game but i don't care about the multiplayer modes.
I've read on a couple places that there's input lag in this game wich wouldn't surprise me in online multiplayer but is there really input lag in single player modes? if so does disabling V-sync help?

Haven't noticed any input lag in sp or mp. I think you were just reading some angry post that didn't know what they were talking about.

Yeah well I certainly have. I'm playing at 4K using Xbox One Elite Series 2 controller. In my last session alone I was getting frequent dropped inputs just turning a piece. I think it needs to be fixed. Don't just downplay the issue based on anecdotal evidence bruh.

Honestly dude I swear I was getting dropped inputs on my Xbox One Elite Series 2 controller, even with the receiver within line of sight. I wouldn't let it stop from buying the game, but the input lag needs to be fixed badly.

in the end i bought the game and i'm actually playing with an 8bitdo arcade stick and i don't notice any input lag. Well to be fair there is input lag with VSYNC ON (noticed it immediatly in the menu) so you have to disable it and then you are good to go. I play single player only btw, 1080p resolution and 144hz screen.

EDIT: hmmm seems like there's definitely a problem with eaten inputs actually. Not INPUT LAG wich is fine but actual input not working. Was happening to me during adventure mode in the last few EX stages (for some reasons it did not happen before that). Then i went into marathon mode did a 19 minutes game just fine without any input problems... this is weird.
Basically there's a problem with inputs in Versus mode and under certains circumstances.
