All Quests Disappeared + Pixel Issue

I had several quests ongoing prior to today's update. After updating and going back into the game, all quests had disappeared (2 flash and 2 for components). All heroes were fully rested/healed and clothed, all Champs except 1 were rested/healed.

Also, it seems the smaller the "picture" of the gear, the worse it looks. Crafting slots, market sell slots, the "bubbles" over the heads of customers, and the tiny requirements for fusing (shown under the name of the item being fused) are all horribly pixelated since the update.

2nd Edit: I had sent a single quest out and then left the game to write this post. Went back in the game and the quest has disappeared AGAIN. Same issue as above. No loss of gear, just loss of the quest

I have the same issue with all small gear images from visitors being badly pixeled....

I have sent out troops several times now. I get out of the game, come back in a hour or more later and the quests are gone. So are all the boosts I used. They are no longer in my inventory. I have been attempting to get the same resources all day. I need them to make stuff to finish a bounty.

So... as usual, their best solution is to ban players from collecting resource while this game is heavily time-related consuming (even with speed tools which may require real money) and heavily resource-relied as well for standard players...? Welp, all these remind me a chick once was in their discord who complained that people asking for a stable game experience when the flash quest went wrong for days was too much and players who lack patience since their champions and heroes were stuck within those flash quests were just whining babies. LMAO

They say they have fixed everything with a hotfix. But I'm still missing all my boosts!
