The bug with the dragon invasion

So, basically I changed guilds in the middle of the attack phase, and my heroes didn't return after the first wave. I can't even use my champion that I sent there. Something is 100% wrong.

Return to old guild doesn't solve the problem... it just lock another team >.<
11 characters, 2 champions.... and 8 (7+1) of them are unavailable.

update on the situation, the heroes still didn't return after the event has ended, and now I can't rearange heroes on quests

Well, Zesty wrote that they will fix it later this month. This month has still 3 more weeks to go. Yay.

2. their official announcements said "sometime next week"
3. the problem is bigger than just them not returning (read the edited part)

The client update with the fix has not been released yet. This update is currently planned for some time next week, after you've applied this update your heroes should once again be available.

And we lost one week because our heroes/champions are not available. Active guilds don't like people than can't craft items because they have so few heroes/champions available to go on quest - so few money, so few investments, nobody to participate to the events etc.
That's sad.

Yes, this issue should also be fixed with the update.

What i don't get is why the next event was rolled and before this bug is fixed.
