All My Gems Disappeared For No Reason!
Please help, I'm distraught. Please check out the latest screen shot on my public Steam & you will see that I have no gems. Check out the screen shots from Sunday where I got my guild 2.38k personal pure gold in the Lost City Of Gold Event. You will see I go from over 2300 gems to 0 and I didn't spend ANY during the event or since.

I tried logging in & out again but it didn't help. While I am f2p many of my guildmates are not & I feel their gaming experience would be diminished if I were to permanently quit, which I will if my gems are not restored within 24 hours.

Looking at your account, you spent 2,367 gems today (around 9:08am EDT) on Market purchases.

Yes, that was the amount of Gems I had, if it's not a game issue then it must be my computer did something, it is not a reasonably new laptop & I have had Steam issues.

Thank you for looking into what happened in my game Zesty Hamburger, I am grateful that you took the time to care for a free player & that you care about all of your users.

I did not mean to buy anything on the Market let alone spend my hard earned Gems & do not recall doing so. Sadly this error, which I can accept is something wrong with my computer is a game ender for me.

Thank you for all the fun hours logged in your game though & wish everyone a continued happy future with the game!

We're investigating this further as we have received multiple reports of this happening to players. Please rest assured that you'll receive a refund of your gems should we find that your account is one such account affected by the issue

Please allow some time for the investigation.

This sounds for me to a spending investment cost building .. hmm hmm..
