Royal Merchant

I had been playing on mobile for a while. Then started playing on Steam and bought the Royal merchant sub. Only then did I realize I could connect my mobile account. Did so and it says I no longer have the Royal Mercant sub. How do I fix this?

You don't. You bought your Royal Merchant for a different account, you can't just transfer the sub to a different account.

But I guess you could try contacting their support and see if it might actually be possible anyways.

Hopefully your account with RM is higher level / farther along. Unless the devs are willing to merge your accounts, best option is to nuke your Steam installs, restart; which should come back up with your Steam account with RM, and then go the other direction and connect your Steam w/RM to your mobile game. Or, make a ticket and see if devs are willing to help.
