And why woudl you want to break the whole 4 events per month thing by adding a 5th event, causing the whole rotation to take 5 weeks instead of a month? They are already adding many new things, why is it a problem that they are satisfied with just 4 weekly events?
The way the events are staged:
Tower - solo, but questing
LCoG - questing
Caprice - crafting
Dragons - combo of questing and crafting
I guess they could design a solo craft event of sorts. They have these events to try to focus a bit on the aspects of the game. That's reasonable.
It would be nice to some times have some additional time between events for personal goals. I think Caprice is the hardest one because to maximize your contribution for the guild you usually spend your crafting slots maximizing score per craft.
