The vending machine needs to be fixed.

The vending machine remains useless until it was fixed.

The vending machine now can only accept items in the storage, not locked and not currently on the racks. If I have a lot of racks in the shop, I have to manually put items off the racks before I can put them into the vending machine.
It can hold only max 6 item at level 1, which can predict holding no more than a simple rack ---- around 20 items . Which I can sell them in 1 minute guarantee more than double prices.... Yet with this 1500-gem costing machine I have to wait for several hours ----- with only 3% of surcharging them ?!?! And I have to put each one into the machine with one by one click/tap ?!?!?
What a sick joke you give to us !!?!?!?!? Please fix it as soon as possible!!!

Well, i guess it is meant for people who are not really that active.
If you are playing long enough to sell everything and leaving for work/sleep (if you do these) with empty racks, kudos, you dont have to waste gems for that.

For people who play more actively (like I do), it surely is a nuisance. Before logging off just remember to fill the machine. Ironically just like in real life, who would have guessed.

I think you are overreacting a bit too much about it, since it is (probably) meant for players who are not as active as we are, just like Veny said.

I do play a lot, but sometimes my racks and chest overflow on certain events (hint: tower + Polonia or Gold Dungeons).

It's certainly useful for people who use the Adventuring talent tree.

Well, unless you are cheating or some madman, you need to sleep and/or work (or do family stuff etc.). Vending machine is useful for EVERYONE, period. That some people do not know how to use it properly... does not really mean its design is flawed.

stupid machine don't even show how much gold and items you sold, just the collect button. don't even know how much i made . whether my item got surcharge or not. what a dumb ass machine.

It would be nice if it showed how much gold was earned, and if it surcharged. That might depend if they are do simulation, which a lot of idle games do. It just means the numbers aren't real accurate. But, in this case with a hard rate and %, and a low rate at that, you'd think they should be able to calculate it accurately and tell what surcharged.

I submitted a request that this be added. I got the standard, "Thank you for your suggestion, I will pass it on" reply. I think that if more people were to submit this request, it would be more likely to be added.
