I was recently banned from the market for 36499D 17H, and I don't know why. Can anyone help?

what are reasons to get banned from the market?

Personally, I have no idea. I just played, traded in the market, crafted items.
There were no "special" exchanges of anything, I didn't buy anything anywhere. I have no idea why I got banned from the market.

I also got banned from using market. I asked on Discord, a nice staff member was able to look into it and said I had been banned for botting. I'd submitted a ticket so I said I'd wait for resolution. Email stated that I'd been banned for botting and I'd have to make a purchase for them to review my account a second time.

I don't bot, and I'm not paying to have someone else correct their error. I feel that the prices are high (compared to other complete games you can purchase for a low cost when on sale) and though the game is nice in a lot of ways, it does disconnect a lot for me.

Left negative review, uninstalled.

I understand that games should be kept free from bots, that there's going to be false positives, and sometimes there's going to be incidental casualties. I also understand it takes time for cases to be manually reviewed by a human. But though I can understand how such things happen, nevertheless, it amounts to they're asking for money to fix their error, and though I can understand *why*, I am not going to go along with it.

But I will thank Shop Titans for providing some pretty decent (apart from the disconnects) entertainment, and I do thank the staff on Discord and their support staff for replying to my inquiries fairly quickly. Even if I don't like how things turned out, I will say the game has its good points.

It will be interesting if they gave me a ban for a bot, given that I play a lot and do not use any bots and have never used them. Punish the player, because he plays a lot? Hmm... Also asking to pay them is wrong.
It will be sad if this is the case. I will definitely not pay anyone to verify my account. And how are verification and bot related?

Hello, I was just recently banned from using the market in Shop Titans. I'd like to file a refute. The formal chat in steam says it could have been due to suspected bot use. I have been playing games for over 35 years, across all platforms, and have never once even have the thought of playing outside the core of the game.

So with that, I'll be unistalling the game. I have no idea how bots work, much less how to implement them. Now I'm falsely being accused of cheating... what a joke.

Apparently, the company did something with its security system, which led to a lot of false bans. In my case, this is 100% true. Nobody is obliged to believe me, but the truth does not diminish from this. I contacted technical support, sending them screenshots, everything I could, and now I'm waiting to be accused of using the bot.
This is the first time I come across something like this. Discord conversation gave nothing.
I have no idea how their detection system works, but it doesn't work correctly.
I want to hope for the best, but...
Sometimes you have to trust the players. We sound the alarm, but they don't listen to us.

I guess they are not really going through the data, just checking for flags, and making the determination off a bad algorithm? I assume, I don't really know.

I'm sorry, but this is absolutely untrue.

How do you have a "trace of bots?" I'm not an expert, but I'm sure you are
either using bots, or you're not, there is no middle ground.

This is absurd.






Oh well. It was fun while it lasted. I would like to clarify that I have never, nor will I ever, cheat. I'm a gamer and cheating takes the fun from the game.
