Well, that's how idle games are, they simply require a lot of waiting.

why have 10 crafting slots when you can only craft 1 item every 3 hours then?

Shouldn't 10 crafting slots mean that you can craft 10 items every 3h? That is unless you are using way too few resource bins.

I have like around 4 bins per resource, so I can craft like 3-4 T13 items per resource type, so since there are 4 different resource types it's easy to fill up all 10 slots.

Questing materials are the limiting factor.

Some questions:

Have you made heroes for all the hero slots you can currently unlocked?
Are you sending hero groups out as often as they are ready?
Have you used stamina drinks or phoenix feathers to rest up your heroes faster?
Have you equipped your heroes with decent gear?
Have you put your talent points into the Questing Tree for faster quests and more quest materials?
Do you use Sia as a quest champion often, as she brings back more materials? Likewise for using the loot bugles as quest boosters.
Are you questing in a variety of zones (i.e., not just tier 9 areas) to level up your quest zones?
Are you crafting a variety of different tiers of items?
Have you tried buying quest materials from the player market via straight purchases or posting requests?
Do you do all the boss quests as often as they come up? I get loads of components from opening chests with keys from bosses.

You should have plenty of quest components if you are doing most of these things. I suspect you may have rushed to tier 9 and are expecting to get lots of components from unleveled zones, using a small roster of underleveled and undergeared heroes.

Yes i have max hero slots
Yes I use Sia
No i don't use my stamina and pheonix feathers yet, seems like that would be a waste
I only have 1 quest group who can get the t9 components because it costs 100mill to gear a hero to where they can even do the quests that give t9 components. Most of my heroes are level 30+ but you can't do t9 component quests with t8 gear which is beyond stupid. You have you buy green or blue t10/11 equipment from the market and even then I still fail the quests for t9 components. I'm not even sure how the devs really expect someone to craft their own gear for their heroes. It's not possible. Your heroes need gear 2 teirs higher than the quest they are doing.

Can't you just buy them on the market? At least that's what I usually do with the highest tier materials, since I lack enough strong teams to farm it myself.

they cost 600k+ for one craft worth less than 300k.

Some more questions/suggestions:
Have you taken time to level up and rank up your champions, and equipped them with familiars and aurasongs?
Have you been retiring your tier 1 and 2 heroes and replaced them with tier 3/4/5 heroes as those tiers get unlocked?
Have you looked into how hero skills and elements work, rerolled heroes to get ones with better skills, and enchanted hero gear with elements they need? Ranking up good skills with element enchantments can be an enormous boost in hero power.
If you are willing to spend money on the game (and you don't have to), have you bought the Royal Merchant subscription? This lets you repair broken gear with gold so you don't have to keep buying new ones.

If you have stamina potions and hero resting time is a bottleneck, just use them, especially on your best champions. That's what they're for. Save phoenix feathers for when your entire team is resting, and for weekend events.

It still sounds to me like you've rushed to tier 9 without putting time into rolling and building a solid team of ranked-up champions and heroes with good skills. It's not all about the tier of their gear. Taking time to level up the earlier quest zones is also important, for more bosses, chests, and surplus lower tier components you can sell off at the market.

I mean, yeah, obviously. If you would actually care about money you would sell your dungeon materials instead of turning it into worthless equipment. I don't really see your point. Either you want money or you want to craft new stuff to master items or unlock new stuff. If you want money you would only craft stuff that actually gets you more money than the needed dungeon materials would cost.

Focus on low tier items with cheap comps, pecially if you have rare low-level recipes (or precrafts). Earn crystals from them, convert them into gold and buy ingredients to promote recipes. In this case, it is not necessary to gild all the recipes that you will have on your way to level 14 recipes, this can be done later when you have extra money. You don't have to buy all the things for your heroes, good weapons are enough. For weak groups of heroes, focus on components that are more expensive than others, sell them and buy those that are cheaper and needed for crafting.
