Can't Find Specific Players or Guild In Search, Inactive Doesn't Show?

There's a guild with three players in it last I've seen, it's set to invite-only, and all three players are probably technically-inactive (practically-inactive for sure, I know them out-of-game). I can't find the guild or any of the players using search.

Maybe the guild doesn't show since it's invite-only, or got auto-disbanded, or something else, but there isn't any reason for the players to not show in search, except for inactivity, right?

Anyone got clues?

I would try searching your friends names again another time; I think the in-game search feature is just not reliable, much like the in-game chat feature.

I sometimes look up the members of my old guild, and only about 50% of the time will any of them actually appear in the results list. Recently active or not doesn't seem to make a difference; one has been offline for over 300 days and another one is active every few hours yet they disappear and reappear from the search results just as randomly as any other player.

Tried twice so far, maybe three times, still not showing, but I do get you regarding reliability, after all indeed chat is wonky and so is saving progress of last few seconds before quitting.

Strange problems to have in this era, but if the product still remains appealing then it's their call where, when, and what to spend their resources on.
