Mega Pack question - Incomplete?

So I'm almost a complete sucker for blueprint bearing mega packs. I don't particularly care about the cosmetic items, chests or what have you, but pretty craftables? I'm listening at least.

But the past couple packs, I'm only seeing a single blue print in the Mega Packs. However on the website Blueprint Browser, I'm seeing two blueprints listed as being part of the Mega Packs.

I do note the ones I don't see are L12s mostly - is it just that I"m not high enough level?

I'd be more inclined (not as guaranteed as I'm sounding, but not off the table either.) to buy if both blueprints were available to purchase, even if I can't craft them now.

-- And frankly I'd think it sound tactic, or at least good application of sunk costs to have low-medium players like myself have recipes I've paid for that I'll need to keep playing to be able to craft them. On the other hand - I don't think like most people, maybe to many others felt scammed so not offering it is Kabam's solution.

Still - what is up with the missing items?

Yes, you aren´t high enough crafting level to get both blueprints. I fell for it once too.
And even if you get to that level now, you do not get the second blueprint afterwards. That's a-hole design in my opinion.
You could argue that those chests with keys are an adequate compensation, which they are not because those are just some lootboxes you paid for (without a guarantee to get special blueprints / ascencion scrolls).
The design-idea behind is probably that if you (as a low level player) have a recipe unlocked, even if you can't craft it, you will be able to get them sometimes from NPCs to sell them in your store. If you can afford them that is.
A good example are those luxury gloves from the Gold City. Due to a bug with that event I got that recipe for free, and with that multiple options to buy them from Theodor. Imagine getting a 10 stack of those when you are at tier level 5-6, when one pair of gloves sell for 1,3 million.

Well, I used to be able to buy some of the older T11/12 recipes when the packs came out, just not anymore.

And the workers still come in sometimes with bulk offers for items I don't have recipes for at all. Maybe that's been corrected. They don't come in so much period, anymore.

I get on one hand, selling something people can't use is not the greatest. On the other, not having the option to buy it actually discourages me from buying the single blueprint I can craft.


My dream option would just be having that purchased packs come with a blueprint line, maybe a sixth milestone. I don't want to wait for a throwback pack, or King's Caprice chance at maybe havign that item show. Not going to happen, I know. (And it would have to be an extra milestone, too, or it would reduce the milestone ''perks".
