Cross Connect?

Hi friends! I seem to have screwed up. I usually play shop titans on my computer through steam, but wanted to try connecting my account to my mobile device. I used the same email in steam to create an account on mobile, but when I cross connected them, the level 0 account on my mobile replaced my level 60 account that I’ve had for years. I’d be pretty heartbroken if I lost that account to be honest. Is there anyway to either undo the cross connect or recover my old account?

How exactly did you connect them? Did you use the account ID that you can get in the game settings?
You need to take the account ID on the computer (in the settings) and enter it on the phone (also in the settings), then the platforms will connect.

Hello, I finally wanted to link my steam account to the mobile app and accidentally created another one that I don't want. I wanted to play with my existing account, but I don't know how to delete the new one and how to properly log in with my existing account on my mobile, because my phone didn't find one when I first started it on my mobile. You can also run an account through bluestacks if you're looking for a way to keep another account active without losing your main account..... or put your main account on bluestacks also just in case you accidentally save over it like you just did. haha
