Can you delete your profile?

I've played this game on phone long ago and now started to play it on PC as a fresh start.
Is there a way to delete my profile from the phone and link my phone to the pc account?

It's against the terms of service to start over fresh. If caught, they will ban both accounts. If you wish to continue an older account, just submit an ingame ticket to support on how to get access to your old account.
