Lost city of Gold event and market
At the moment it is the Lost City of Gold Event, I have a question about it, I noticed that the prices in the market change a lot during the event and wanted to know if anyone has any tips on how to earn/invest a lot of gold during the event.
Thanks :)

I noticed different behavior on market too when LCoG has started. My main moneymaker was reselling items on the market and now I can't close even one 25x deal because no one buying items and also quest components went up in price like crazy. From what I heard, the best way to get money from LCoG on market is to keep your gold artifacts for later selling (they'll go up to ~200k), also you can sell your chests, they are at pretty good price for selling.

Shortly: spam LCoG event and sell/open chests to get and sell golden artifacts

if you're a new player, which it seems like, then yes @kuber01's suggestion is good. once your guild is high/big/active enough to clear LCoG, you'll want to open as many chests are you can to get the Luxurious Blueprints. The higher level Luxurious items are worth more than the Gold Artefacts.

Market fluctuations happen alot with events.

Since people stop running regular runs and basically.. ONLY run gold runs, then you can make good money on selling components from regular dungeons : spooky ghost components, sharp claws, pearls etc etc.

The corollary is that: Equipment drops from dungeon runs - like.. I dunno, maces and shields and the kinds of things you might normally sell on the market? EVERYONE is getting a ton of those. So the market price plummets. People can't hold enough in their inventory, so they sell them on market, sometimes even at a loss ( they can't spare the time to hang around for people to enter their shop and buy them through regular shop sales).

So, my advice?

Clear your inventory beforehand. Get as many free slots as possible, stock up on regular components as much as you can. Upgrade your loot boxes to cope with a weekends worth of collection.
Run LCOG's like everyone else. Store equipment as it comes in..
Sell other components for $'s, if you can afford to do that since.. y'know? You have your own quests to do too - make a katana, make 6 pavise shields, make 10 pineapples.. that sort of thing.

Store artifact things, they are dirt cheap during LCOG because.. everyone's getting them, and not everyone has a recipe to use them. Keep them for a couple of weeks.. then sell them after the market glut has decreased.

Once the LCOG has finished.. return to selling equipment. It takes a day or two for the prices to return to pre-cog levels. You should have stored up a fair amount.

Relax in your bathtub filled with $'s.
