0 - Kind of.
The strategy behind this is: you can't get enough blueprints to make *everything* easily. ( Royalty players might, but f2p definitely not, at least for a while).
So... Stuff sells. Some stuff sells better than others. People always need enchantments, so those sell well. But rune things are one of the *most* blueprint sucking avenues that there is.
Regular things like heavy armour, light armour, cloth armour - they all sell. What people try to do though is get the ascension bonuses for whichever trail they decide to go. If you get +% chance for increased rarity, after.. I forget what it is, say 30 enchants? That's helpful. And the 'double result' is great too. Soo.. if you ascension a bunch of things in ONE branch, you maximise your output for that one branch. It's more efficient than just slapping your ascensions around willy-nilly and getting no bonus for anything.
What you pick though, is up to you. Enchants, obviously.. pretty universal.
Heavy armour / Light armour / cloth armour? Depends on the flavour of the month / season. If Dancers prove to be immensely popular then Light armour. If geomancers or um.. I think these days Samurai are on the top of the leaderboard? Then purple / legendary items for those are going to command a high price.
Things change though - as they bring out new / different heros the flavour of the season changes.
1 - I don't.
I don't have the enchant chick. I can't spam enchants all day. They *do* sell well, and I *do* pick items with enchants on when I buy them. But...
People buy grey stuff ALL the time. and it's a good seller. One of the reasons is because THEY buy grey stuff, to enchant, and make a profit. ( fair enough ) but they ALSO buy them to quickly complete quests. "Sell 5 misericord' is *easily* completed if you just guy 5 misericord off the market instead of making them. Grey stuff ( non enchanted) sells quickly.
[edit: take advantage of this. When a player doesn't have enough [things] and they get a dialog to 'buy [thing] off market?' it doesn't show them [thing + enchant]. It only shows them regular grey thing. Your enchanted thing won't sell for people buying to complete a quest. Bad (tm). ]
2) Hard. Generally speaking 'A balanced team' is good. Have a warrior type to soak up hits ( or act as a 2nd soak sponge behind your champion). A mage type gives good regular dps. A ninja / dancer gives good dps positionally.
Some combinations can be made. For instance, if you group ALL dancers with Yumi ( + evasion) then a boss HAS to [try to] hit a dancer. And if that dancer evades, then they get a guaranteed crit. If you get a boss do those 'sweeping attacks' - and your dancers all dodge? The boss gets mashed.
That's one example.
4) re-roll your low tier heros? Upgrade your loot boxes? Specialise your ascensions? Just do you, boo!
5) Try to get the +rarity for something you make. Make lots of it, sell legendaries for gems. If you're feeling like it, go for enchants, and sell those for gems.
Additionals:
Do bounties. Both personal and guild ones.
Stock up on tickets... and don't buy 'crap' from the store. I only ever buy gems / power seeds / repair kits from the store. I never buy the equipment. Anything you can *make*? Make it.. Anything you can't make? Buy that from the store. You can buy gems from the [ticket] store too.
If you're patient you can sell blue / purple things in market for gems. It can take a while though. But someone's always got more gems than you and you can sell like.. a blue tier 4 shield for 2 gems. It adds up over time. I keep one market slot for those 'long term' auction gimme's.
