Does it come with a rom for sega genesis?
Im wanting buy this game to play in a sega genesis. Does it come with a rom file like some other games that also exists in sega genesis?

I just purchased it, and no, it doesn't seem to include a rom for use on actual Genesis hardware. It includes a folder with what I believe are various menu assets, an executable for the game itself, and a ZIP archive with the Mednafen source code.

Yes. Right click on the game in your library. Browse local files. Open the "res" folder. There's a file called "game" in the folder. Copy that file. Rename the copied file and add ".gen" to the end of the file. Your preferred emulator should run that.
