Am I the only one that likes the Tao/Patty ship?

I like it, but a good bit of people just find Patty insufferable :(

I like her as the straight man to the obsessed (that convo with Tao, Dennis, Ryza, and Patty is hilarious). But her "woe is me i'm a noble i must do my duty" routine is super tiring. Just because she gets over it for story purposes doesn't make it any less annoying.
As for the ship,
- Tao's employed by her father.
- He's her tutor.
- If she follows the general Atelier character setup, she's 14 to Tao's 17. (If she's a bit older, that's slightly less creepy.)
There is a lot of power dynamics involved that, quite frankly, make this ship pretty unpalatable to me.

Tao is 18. (He was 15 in the first game according to the official artbook, and we're 3 years later). There's no official information on Patty's age yet.

I don't know why people are taking this so seriously, this is a light hearted game after all, if the game decides to ship them, and I find both the characters cute, then I like the ship
