The ultimate version includes all DLC?
Or is there anything i need to get individually?

There are three tiers of content: base game, Deluxe DLC (can't be bought separately) and Season Pass DLC. Ultimate Edition is Deluxe Edition + Season Pass, so it includes everything.

One small note tho. I had to install one costume manualy selecting it in DLC list, its free, but doesn't install itself with ultimate edition.
