There's a total of 9 arenas (5 as woman, 4 as man) that can be unlocked in MyRise

-Queen Of The Ring: Go in RAW, talk to Charlotte Flair for the "Queen of the Ring" storyline
-Mae Young Classic; Go in NXT, check DM when you arrive and search the one from Regal to find the "Mae Young Classic" storyline
-WrestleMania - MyRise: Go in NXT, after have completed the Royal Stumble storyline from William Regal in the NXT GM Office (but failed to qualified for the Royal Rumble), talk to William Regal again to find the "The Road to Rhea" storyline
-Evolution: Go in SmackDown, check DMs and find the one from ScrapDaddyAP (said Stephanie McMahon come to SmackDown to watch matches) to find the "Evolution , Too" storyline [Face side required]
-BCW: Go in SmackDown, talk to Sonya Deville in the Pool Hall to find the "The Deville's in the Details" [Heel side required]
