Need help. In the menu or normal match, I can use my controller. But in the showcase I can only use the keyboard, how can I change the controls to the xbox controller on showcase?

same in my rise but in a regular 1 on 1 controller works just fine

So far the only solution I've found so far is to exit the game, disable the keyboard and re-enter

Controller not working in MyRise/Tutorial FIX

If you are using a Playstation controller, use DS4 tool to emulate an Xbox controller or the game will set controller to Player 2.

myrise controller for matches do not work

i have restarted 3 times already i have done some choices with my ps5 controller just fine but i am starting the first match and my controller is apparently not working for my rise lol

there is a glitch at the beginning of my rise when you fight in japan and there is no way to play with controller in that match only i tried reconnecting disconnecting keyboard its just not working i got the ds4 app

I had the same issue, but with the Showcase match against Shawn Michaels. Though maybe there was an issue with the controller, but when I used my keyboard to exit the match, controller started working again. Went back to the match, and controller stopped again. So I exited again, went to the main menu, did a normal match, and bam, controller works.

I'll investigate a little further today, but I have some stuff to do first.

Sometimes controls are working, sometimes they don't

Universe/Exhibition: I can choose if my Controller or my Keyboard is Player 1 or 2, no problems there as I just don't select my keyboard.
Menus are working just fine with my controller.
MyRise and Showcase: I cannot get my controller to work there. I unplugged keyboard + mouse (universe and exhibition is not working with a connected mouse...) but the "reversal key" e.g. is still a button on my keyboard.
Steam Big Picture Mode is not solving this issue.
Navigating through the menu or starting the game with a controller is fine.

Any solutions available?

found my own solution: connect the controller via usb cable and don't use any wireless connection

It doesn't respond to anything! HELP

i created my character in myrise using a dualsense . just when i picked a person to fight i couldn't move my character because it thinks am playing in a keyboard. i quit myrise to play one on one. all that using the dualsense, i start a fight i played around a little in one on one everything seemed good . so i restarted the game, and then i tried pressing any button ( keyboard or controller ), nothing works. it just stopped working as a whole, it just shows me the title screen. please help

No Controller Support

I'm using a Dual Sense Controller and I can't even play the tutorial because it's only showing keyboard button inputs. The Controller only works on the menu and that's it. Tried restarting and then reconnected my controller before the game launches and it's still broken. Might refund the game next week if it's still broken.

the controller doesn't work on the tutorial part, after that it works fine. I'm using dual sense too.



Edit:
Disable steaminput for the game itself. The button prompts will change to its proper prompt and working for me.
