How do I change texture quality in graphics settings?
I can only select "standard". In fact, it is grayed out and I can't change it at all. It is stuck at "standard".

My PC specs are: i7-7700, RTX 2070 Super, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, SSD drive, 1080P Freesync monitor.

Here's a screenie of the graphics settings menu and as you can see, the "texture quality" option is "standard" and it is grayed out.

Haha, I already knew that. :) I'm in extras and it won't let me change the texture quality at all.

Do you also have screen tearing and a too bright gamma setting in fullscreen mode? And no V-Sync option?

I'm glad it's not just me. I hope it doesn't turn out where you have to have a 30xx series to get the "ultra" textures or something like that!

No tearings and no too bright gamma setting but someone in another post said that if you turn v-sync on in your video card's control panel via your desktop it'll stop the tearings and that solved that for me.

Same, the option is just blanked out. There's also no v-sync option so I'll just do it through nvidia control panel instead.

On my 3080 it's locked to high. It might be tied to vram/resolution or some kind of spec auto detect?
ANTLink19 Mar 8, 2022 @ 5:12am
My 2070 Super (Mobile) is locked at "High".
Graphics Settings

Anyone know how to change texture quality yet?
Min is stuck as standard for some reason. I've seen other on high at least. My PC can run Cyberpunk and RDR2 on Ultra so I don't know why my texture quality is so low. The option is grayed out.

i heard it is tied to resolution. I can't confirm, I'm having some issues atm. But that is what i read.

Greyed out for me too. it is set to high on 4k resolution.

What are your system specs? I have the same issue.
Zeokage Mar 8, 2022 @ 6:17am
I'm thinking it may be the resolution option deciding that.
Moga CMDR Mar 8, 2022 @ 6:23am
High is what you get when you have 4k. 1080p is standard.

it is grey for me too.
