Haha, I already knew that. :) I'm in extras and it won't let me change the texture quality at all.
I'm glad it's not just me. I hope it doesn't turn out where you have to have a 30xx series to get the "ultra" textures or something like that!
No tearings and no too bright gamma setting but someone in another post said that if you turn v-sync on in your video card's control panel via your desktop it'll stop the tearings and that solved that for me.
Greyed out for me too. it is set to high on 4k resolution.
