As long as your MIDI files are smaller than 2MB, it should be fine.
Currently, the only checks in place are client-side, but we know this is not ideal at all. This is why we will implement server-side checks as soon as possible, and drop notes dynamically.
(Keep in mind that MIDI is streamed from the client to the server, with extra measures in place so even MIDI from laggy players sounds fine.)
