I couldnt play the game

I couldn't move after take the fire the beginning in the game. I couldn't enter even the menu. When i click "Z" in front of an object, the game freezes. i was in and out 3 times and it wasnt solved. i played both Win 7 and Win 10.

Can you please share the following information?

1. Were you able to play normally up until that point?
2. Game Version (found in the bottom-left corner in the main menu)
3. PC Specs (OS, CPU, GPU, Memory)
4. Any additional screenshots/video to help us track the issue faster.
