What happens when game expires?

So basicaly there are 2 versions:
-if I wasn't able to play for 2 days
-if enemy wasn't playing for 2 days
Does it count as if someone surrendered/won or what?

you win if enemy wasn't playing for 2 days, and vice versa.

What if the enemy wasn't playing for 2 days, then make a move at the very last few minutes before the game expires? Who is considered to have surrendered after the game expires in that manner?

With the expiration, it is time between turns. So once a turn has been submitted, then the next person who has a turn, will have up to two days to respond. It'll keep refreshing until match is either completed or one of the users fails to respond with a turn.
