How to Use Marketplace for Trading

Is there a level requirement to access MArketplace or Its just no one playing on the server i am currently on

you have to be like lvl 25 or sumn, also yes, there is nobody playing anymore

you can look inside marketplace at any level but you can buy stuff from market only after level 15 while having trail points 300 minimum.
